Refund Policy

The Refund Policy reflects the way WatchMe’s business works and defines WatchMe’s relationship with you as you interact with our software and services. These terms include the following:
1. APPLICATION FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGE
Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, the buyer may apply for a return or refund of purchased items (“Item”) prior to the expiry of the 10-day Guarantee Period.
2. GUARANTEE
The Guarantee is a service provided by WatchMe, upon user request, to assist users in handling potential conflicts that may arise during a transaction. Users are encouraged to communicate privately or consult local authorities to resolve issues within the Guarantee Period.
3. VALID REASONS FOR REFUNDS/RETURN
Refunds or returns may only be requested in the following situation:
- System Error
4. APPROVAL OF REFUND REQUESTS
All refund or return requests are subject to WatchMe’s sole discretion. The buyer agrees that WatchMe’s decision is final, conclusive, and binding, and will not initiate legal action against WatchMe or its affiliates regarding this matter.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:
- Items under promotion or clearance stock.
- Wrong item ordered or change of mind by the buyer.
- Exchange requested more than 3 days after the item was received.
6. EXCHANGE POLICY
As WatchMe does not sell tangible goods, exchanges are not applicable.
7. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may be issued only under valid circumstances such as system-wide downtime or total service inaccessibility. Users will be informed via email or WhatsApp if such conditions occur.
8. PAYMENT VIA INTER BANK GIRO (IBG)
The Beneficiary (hereinafter “BF”) hereby acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of HAOS PTE. LTD.’s (hereinafter “WatchMe”) Inter Bank Giro Transactions (hereinafter “IBG”) and further confirms that IBG will be available for its bank account, the details of which have been provided by the BF to WatchMe under the IBG Beneficiary Account information above. The BF agrees that WatchMe will directly credit any payment due to BF into the BF’s bank account as provided above (hereinafter “the said IBG Bank Account”)
9. ACCURACY OF BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION
The BF confirms that all the information provided by the BF to WatchMe, is current, accurate and adequate. WatchMe is entitled to act and/or rely on the information provided for the IBG without obtaining any further written or other confirmation from the BF unless the BF specifically notified WatchMe in writing of any change of account information provided. In the absence of such notification, WatchMe will continue to pay to the BF into the said IBG Bank Account. The BF is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, adequacy and completeness of the IBG account information provided to WatchMe. WatchMe is not obliged to verify the accuracy, adequacy and completeness of the IBG account information and will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the BF arising from any delay/error in crediting payment to the BF’s said IBG Bank Account based on the aforesaid account information or by any action taken by WatchMe in reliance on the account information as provided by the BF.
10. DESCREPANCIES AND NOTIFICATIONS
The BF agrees that in the event of any claim of discrepancies, it shall be the responsibility of the BF to revert to WatchMe in writing within 30 days from the date the amount credited to the account, failing which WatchMe will not be held liable for any such discrepancies. WatchMe reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time by giving the BF 30 days’ notice in writing, which notice may be sent by post, WhatsApp or via email. WatchMe will so far as reasonably practicable give the BF service or in other circumstances beyond WatchMe's control. Once the BF has received notice of any change in terms and conditions, WatchMe will treat the subsequent utilization of the IBG by the BF as acceptance of the change.

KHAOS PTE. LTD. (202318577G) (collectively and individually referred to as “WatchMe”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operate its websites (such as www.watchme.site (collectively or individually referred to as the “Site”) and distributes a community web platform called the WatchMe (collectively or individually referred to as the “App”), and/or other services which may be offered from time to time. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle Personal Data and comply with the requirements of Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).
The term “Personal Data” means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which an organisation has or is likely to have access. This may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, gender, credit card details, photographs, personal images, device ID, operating system or version, information about your purchases or preferences, and any other information collected by us where you are identified or identifiable.
By using the App, Site and/or Product, registering for an account with us, visiting our Site, you acknowledge and agree that you accept the practices, requirements, and/or policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent to us collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your Personal Data as described herein. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES OR ACCESS OUR APP OR SITE. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes or the amended Privacy Policy on our App and Site. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
This Privacy Policy is subject to Malaysian laws.
1. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We may collect Personal Data through various means, including but not limited to when you:
- Register or create an account via our App or Site
- Submit forms for products, services, promotions, or feedback
- Download or use the App, including enabling location access
- Scan QR codes linked to our services
- Request information or contact support
- Engage in transactions or rate products/services
Additionally, we may collect data automatically using technologies like cookies, web beacons, analytics tags, geo-location tools, and server logs.
2. MINOR’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18. If you are under 18, please use the App or Site only with parental guidance and do not submit Personal Data to us.
3. SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT
Account setup may require your name, contact number, email, and other information such as ID, date of birth, gender, and interests. Your username and password allow secure access to your account.
4. VIEWING WEBSITE
When visiting the Site, technical data such as IP address, browser type, and cookies may be logged by our servers and may be associated with your personal account for analytics purposes.
5. PURPOSES FOR COLLECTION, USE, DISCLOSURE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Your data may be used for purposes such as:
- Account creation and management

You may access or correct your Personal Data via your account or by emailing us at support@watchme.com. Requests will be processed within 14 days where feasible.
10. REQUEST TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting support@watchme.com. Do note that this may affect our ability to provide services.
11. COOKIES AND MOBILE TECHNOLOGY
- Cookies: Used to improve browsing and remember preferences
- Web Beacons: Track engagement in emails and content
- Analytics Tags: Understand behavior and personalize content
- Server Logs: Record device interactions for technical insight
- Geo-location: Provide location-based services when permitted
- QR Code: Facilitate access and interactions via scannable codes
12. REGISTRATION INFORMATION
During registration, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activities conducted under your account.
13. AMENDMENT TO PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may evolve. Updates will be posted on our App or Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
